The people you ll work with, and the customers you ll care for, value your passion and unique personality as much as we do. We manage the customer relationship with the bank by managing full life cycle of the banking products .

  • Support Customer First philosophy by ensuring professional handling of customer requests
  • Address and prioritize all incoming customer requests using the American Express guidelines
  • Service incoming calls and outbound calls as required to customers.
  • Meeting all Customer First principles as we deliver on our customer experience and KPI s
  • Adhere to all quality metrics are met to AEXP standards
  • Integrity: Adhere to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to servicing practices
  • Identify to drive change to update all related procedures
  • Agile as Banking Operations grows and be able to navigate with the ongoing changes
  • Accessing all required tools to perform the daily duties
  • Good listening skill and be collaborative across with others within banking

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Operations experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail in a highly regulated environment via strong written and verbal communication
  • Have a mindset to drive innovation and challenge status quo to streamlining internal process for greater speed and agility.
  • Experience r eviewing communication in a regulated environment.
  • High level attention to detail with ability to quickly identify problems and suggest sound resolutions.
  • Customer service experience with exceptional listening and relationship building skills – Customer First focus = Easy, Recognize Solve
  • Ability to use good judgment in decision making.
  • Resilient with the desire to continually improve personal performance, customer satisfaction and business brand.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure with limited supervision.
  • Ability to effectively manage change and remain calm in stressful situations.
  • Ability to navigation multiple servicing platforms
  • Strong computer literacy with a solid working knowledge of current internet technology, the ability to research information for business related purposes and proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
  • Banking experience preferred
